De starka, stolta kvinnornas berg
Hanna Wildow (FineArt, Master)
De starka, stolta kvinnornas berg (45 minutes) is a performative history lecture presented in video, text, sound and live performance. In a collage made up of interviews with Wildow’s grandmother Inga Svensson and the archive she constructed around the mountain Omberg, as well as a sound piece by Imri Sandström, and video from the mountain; a work in four voices unfolds. The voices cites additional women who throughout times have made the mountain their home. In a montage of narratives images, video, sound and stories overlap, intertwine and collide: historical and contemporary affinities are generated, opening up interspaces and resonances.

Symposium: Rethinking Research Practices
Welcome to a series of presentations and conversations launching Art, Technology and Design, the joint doctoral programme of
Konstfack University College of Arts, Crafts and Design and KTH Royal Institute of Technology.
The doctoral programme offers advanced studies within an emerging research area shaped by dynamic encounters between artistic and scientific
approaches as well as three different perspectives: art, technology and design. The overarching goal is to advance research and education on
sustainable social development through a radical rethinking of relations between the individual, society and the environment.
In the launch event, Rethinking Research Practices, the first doctoral candidates in the programme will engage invited guests in dialogs around a
series of topics related to their research.
